Tina Hogan

I’m a native Utahn. I’ve been married to my sweetheart for 27 years and together we have three sons, Zachary, Taylor and Kasen, and one daughter McKenna as well as our adorable golden doodles, Dexter and Sam. We love the beauty that can be found in our state, we enjoy adventuring everywhere from the lush green mountains of northern Utah to the amazing red rocks of southern Utah.

I started my journey in the mortgage business about 20 years ago. Being relatively new to the home buying process myself at the time I was intrigued by the lending world. I saw an opportunity to serve my community and be involved in an industry that I had a lot of interest in. Starting off I had 4 small children at the time and lending afforded me the opportunity to contribute to my family in a meaningful way and still be available to my family and actively be available to them as well.

Skip forward and I have found that I love being part of my clients homebuying journey. I’m passionate about helping everyone that I can to purchase a home. It’s not always about closing a transaction right now. I love meeting with new people and putting together a plan to map out the steps that they need to take to fulfill their goals of homeownership.

I’m a hands-on loan officer. I don’t just start the process and hand off my clients. I keep myself fully aware of the status on all of my files and make myself available to my agents and clients. This is how I like to be treated when doing business and I feel that my clients deserve nothing less.

In life and business I have found that consistency is key, it’s important to show up for myself and for my clients. I work hard and I play hard, at the end of the day I hope that I have made a positive difference for the people that I have the opportunity to come in contact with.
